COMMERCIAL inspection is a visual inspection and report for any property over 4 units and must comply with the current edition of the ASTM E2018 standards. HIABC members conducting commercial inspections have successfully completed the Carson Dunlop Commercial Building Inspection Course, or an equivalent course accepted by HIABC.
