The Mission of the Home Inspectors Association BC (HIABC) is to serve our members and the public with support, services, and resources essential to the practice of professional home inspections.  The Association adheres to the principles of equality and inclusion, and celebrates diversity in its membership, training programs and employment practices, creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity.  We work to prevent discrimination against our members regardless of gender, identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, age, physical ability, or citizenship.  We have zero tolerance for bullying, discrimination, harassing, victimizing or vilifying behaviours.  HIABC respects, includes and promotes the rights and traditional decision-making of the Indigenous people.
