DRC 2 Beyond the Surface
Take your defect-spotting instincts to the next level in this one-day course packed with a new set of real inspection photos. You’ll sharpen your eye for hidden and unusual deficiencies, challenge your assumptions, and explore how even subtle signs can reveal serious concerns. While this session doesn’t build on DRC 1, it follows the same fast-paced, image-driven format giving you fresh opportunities to test your knowledge, discuss tricky calls, and learn from your peers.

Anyone who has already taken the 2-day in-person DRC course with Trish will need to wait for DRC3 – Breaking Boundaries, being offered on Friday, February 13th.
If you took the in-person course with Harry Bradford, this course is different (same style, different content), so you’re welcome to register.
If you’ve completed DRC2 online, that is the same course, so you’re already covered and wouldn’t need to take this one again.
