- Approval of the minutes of the previous AGM
- Approval of the financial statements
- Election of Directors
- Committee Reports
- Consideration of special resolutions updating the Code of Ethics and Scope of Inspection
- Other business as may arise at the meeting
- Awards & Recognitions
