We are pleased to have approved an online 1 ½ hour Flood course developed by the Intact Centre on Climate Adaptation with the University of Waterloo.  This is a high-level overview with relevance to home inspectors across Canada.

This free online training course on how home inspectors can help protect their clients from flooding provides access to the home assessment app, infographics, and how-to videos to highlight the growing risks of home/basement flooding to your clients.  Upon completion of the training course you will receive a Certificate of Completion which will allow you 2 HIABC MRCs for education.
