A professional home inspection provides valuable information about the condition of a home at the time of inspection; however, no home inspection can identify every possible deficiency.

Home inspections are visual, non-invasive and time-limited, and may be affected by accessibility, occupant belongings, concealed conditions, property protection and inspector safety.

When a client concern arises, HIABC members participating in PIP have access to support and guidance to help assess and respond to the situation. If a matter progresses to a legal claim, PIP provides access to legal counsel and support throughout the process.
